Rubbish

  1. Kia Ora Ana,

My name is Jordan and I'm working with the Summer Learning Journey programme. I'm the Kootuitui (Papakura, South Auckland) cluster manager, and it's my pleasure to be able to blog with you this summer!
I like that you've taken the initiative to keep blogging, and not only that, but the topics you've chosen to blog about. I appreciate that you're raising awareness about rubbish in New Zealand, sometimes I see litter on the side of the road and it makes me feel really ill.
Did you know that in Japan they're really obsessed with their recycling? You have to clean every single piece of recycling otherwise the whole bin load will be deemed useless and be thrown out!
These personal posts are earning you 2 points a pop, which is pretty exciting, BUT you can earn a lot more points by joining us in the Summer Learning Journey programme. There are activities there that I think you'll really enjoy; you can really put your special and creative skills to the test!

Keep up the great work Ana, and I hope you consider blogging with us!

    Cheers,

    Jordan
